How long will my case take to settle?
Just like the people involved, each of our client’s claims are completely unique and no two are ever the same. Whilst we will always try to give you an idea of how much time things will take, how long a case takes to settle will depend on a few factors, including who you are claiming against, how much compensation you are seeking and the complexity of the case. Your assigned team will always be able to give you an up-to-date estimate of how long your claim might take as well as explaining any reasons why it might be taking a little longer than expected.

How will I pay for my claim?
We know most clients cannot afford to fund their claim themselves – that’s why we work on a ‘No Win, No Fee’ basis. This means, if we think you have a valid claim we take your on your case with the understanding that if we lose, you do not need to pay anything. If you win, your opponent will pay your legal fees and we will take a success fee for the work we have done in getting you the result you deserve.
How much is the success fee?
Your DBA or CFA will specify how much your success fee will be depending on the type of claim you are brining but the success fee may be up to 25% plus VAT of compensation you receive.
